Lisa Norman

Part of The Agency serving the North Bay, Lisa Norman brings more than two decades of industry experience to her role as an agent, serving buyers and sellers with patience, care and a firm focus on achieving their unique goals. Lisa grew up in a family with deep roots in the real estate industry. At the young age of 13, she landed her first job in the field, stuffing envelopes for a reputable agent at Frank Howard Allen in Marin County. It was during this time that Lisa began to appreciate the power of marketing and its ability to connect professionals with those who benefit from their services. After completing her studies at the University of San Francisco, Lisa relocated to Los Angeles to pursue her passion for real estate. In 2002, she obtained her real estate license and joined a Westside team at Prudential John Aaroe. It was here that she honed her skills and gained invaluable experience in all aspects of real estate transactions. In 2005, Lisa returned to Marin County and began working alongside the county’s top real estate agent. Over the course of her 20+-year career, Lisa has worked at all levels of a brokerage, from sales and marketing to product and operations. She has also consulted for several national and international brokerages, including Sotheby’s and Christie’s International Real Estate. In recent years, Lisa has been working in the PropTech space, utilizing her expertise to assist tech-enabled brokerages and digital title and escrow services. In 2021, she renovated a 110-year-old home in Sonoma, acquiring invaluable hands-on experience in reimagining existing properties. Today, Lisa is thrilled to share her extensive knowledge and experience with buyers and sellers alike, providing them with the best possible representation.
