Logan Lester is the Managing Director of The Agency Houston Sugar Land. She has been a top-producing Realtor® with The Sansone Group in Houston, and was named one of Houston's Top 20 Under 40 Realtors® by the Houston Association of Realtors® and ranked the No. 2 Realtor® on social media in Houston by a national publication.
Logan discovered her passion for real estate in 2015, driven by a love for helping others and guiding families toward their perfect home. Since then, she has built a reputation for her relentless work ethic, innovation, and commitment to being a role model both personally and professionally.
In addition to her real estate career, Logan earned national recognition when she was crowned Miss Texas USA 2018, finishing in the Top 15 at Miss USA. Her pageant journey began in 2011 with titles including Miss Houston Teen USA 2012 and Miss Houston USA 2016, ultimately culminating in her crowning as Miss Texas USA.
Logan also is an entrepreneur as the co-owner of Decker Hat Co., a Houston-based apparel brand she runs with her husband, Zack. Outside of business, she is deeply involved in philanthropy, serving on the executive board of Sky High for Kids, a nonprofit dedicated to fighting childhood cancer.
When she isn't helping clients or giving back, Logan enjoys life at home with her husband, their daughter Decker, and their two dogs, Henry and Tuffy.
