A sixth-generation California native known for her vibrant creativity, industry knowledge and savvy business skills, Margaux Gibson serves as a Sales Operations Manager within The Agency Development Group, delivering an exceptional experience to her clientele at every stage of the process.

With an artist’s eye for detail, design and beauty, Margaux is deeply dedicated to providing high-quality care and insight throughout every interaction and transaction.
A licensed real estate agent since 2021 and a real estate investor since 2011, Margaux has significant experience in every aspect of the industry—from buying and selling to renovations and marketing.

“I love the development side of this industry, and love seeing a vision turned into reality,” says Margaux. “I also never shy away from big goals or challenges. For me, navigating through potential roadblocks that arise and solving problems is always a thrill.”

A devoted team player, Margaux is well-respected for her ability to contribute positively at every opportunity, always adding insight, sparking inspiration and motivating others to be their best.

A descendant of one of California’s most colorful and successful businessmen Elias Jackson “Lucky” Baldwin, Margaux inherited her ancestor’s drive for success; her work ethic ensures she always completes the task at hand with flying colors, whatever it may be. As a sixth-generation California native, Margaux has cultivated a deep awareness of historical records, land grants and deeds. She has also owned a historic landmark estate, the "Singer Mansion," designed by Wallace Neff.

“I truly enjoy reading archival real estate documents found in museums, historical societies and libraries,” she says. “It was fascinating for me to learn that my father's great great grandfather (Baldwin) was one of the largest landowners in the state of California back at the turn of the century.”

Additionally, Margaux’s lineage has direct ties to Madrid, Spain, where her relative, decorated historical character Francisco Serrano Domínguez Cuenca y Pérez de Vargas, was the first Duke of la Torre, Grandee of Spain, Count of San Antonio, and Prime Minister of Spain. Margaux takes great pride in her family’s heritage and upholds herself to high standards concerning customer service and etiquette.

Margaux is a designer and sales agent by nature. At age 16, she worked in fashion, costume, theater, film and television. Sofia Coppola hired Margaux at 17 to work for her clothing line, “Milkfed,” a venture that led her to become a fashion stylist and designer under her own label, “MARGAUX.” Margaux’s love of design, history, and art led her to purchase an iconic Wallace Neff-designed Los Angeles County Historic Landmark, Singer Mansion. Designing the interior and exterior of the estate has been a continual passion and inspiration. Margaux’s artistic works have been featured in The Hollywood Reporter, fashion magazines, and popular media as well as on celebrities and musicians.

Margaux loves embarking on new adventures and is always up for a challenge. She has been active in the local and surrounding community, working with charities and organizations to raise funds and support projects close to her heart—a truly rewarding service. Margaux has been instrumental in fundraising, project management, and leadership with many local organizations, including the Los Angeles County Arboretum and Botanic Garden, Foothill Unity Center, the Arcadia Historical Society, and Glendora Education Foundation.
