From there, he moved to the builder side, spending years working directly with one of Oklahoma's top home builders where he learned what goes into building a home: the decisions made before a buyer ever walks through the door, the construction behind the walls, and the details that determine long-term value. After earning his real estate license, he continued working with new construction builders, but his experience spans far beyond that. Mark holds a Bachelor's degree in Marketing and a Bachelor's degree in Management, and he brings both into how he approaches real estate. He understands how to position a property, how to communicate its value, and how to manage the moving parts of a transaction with precision, a combination of skills that make a measurable difference for his clients on both sides of the deal.
