With almost a decade of real estate expertise, Megan Soloway Leib brings a unique background and a diverse skillset to The Agency's South Florida office. Growing up in Los Angeles, Megan's early career beginnings were in the entertainment industry at Turner Broadcasting and APA. During her start in real estate, she worked alongside two of the founding partners of The Agency, focusing on some of the most exclusive neighborhoods, including Brentwood, Beverly Hills, Hollywood Hills, and Bel Air. The team assisted A-list clientele, as well as developers to secure investment opportunities. With dual licenses in California and Florida, Megan specializes in high-end residential properties, single-family homes, and condos within the South Florida market. Passionate about helping individuals discover their dream homes or expand their investment portfolios, Megan leverages her multifaceted background to bring her clients' visions to life. Her knowledge and expertise expands into real estate development, in which Megan helps to make key decisions in her business with her husband and partner regarding investment, design, architecture, and interiors. Outside of work, Megan is a dedicated mother who enjoys raising her two young daughters, cooking, and spending quality time outdoors with her family and dogs.
