Mercedes Javid

A consistent top producer with decades of industry experience and a lifetime’s worth of expertise in the Los Angeles market, Mercedes Javid brings negotiation savvy, attention to detail and concierge-style service to The Agency. Working from the Calabasas office, she primarily serves clients on the Westside.

Mercedes is most often recognized from the Bravo series Shahs of Sunset, but the recognition she really values comes from her loyal clientele, who prize her professionalism, fierce dedication and comprehensive guidance through the process of buying and selling real estate. Connecting with people and getting to help them navigate such an important life decision gives Mercedes a profound sense of purpose that she never takes for granted.

Born in Washington D.C., Mercedes grew up in a nearby tight-knit community, eventually moving with her family to Beverly Hills, where she attended high school. Throughout her life she observed her father developing properties and privately honed her instincts for the business. After graduating from California State University, Northridge, she organically found her way into the industry, assisting her father in negotiations, which solidified her decision to become an agent. A confident self-starter, she found instant success.

In addition to her real estate career, Mercedes prides herself on being a devoted wife, mother, daughter, friend and member of her community. She volunteers with a handful of local animal rescue organizations as well as a foundation founded by her husband, Tommy Feight, that provides books to children in need. Together, they host a weekly pop culture podcast called Till the Dirt. On a rare day off, Mercedes can usually be found enjoying down-home backyard BBQ with friends and family and practicing her proficiency in Spanish, Italian and French.
