Monica Swapp joins The Agency Oahu, serving the entire island of Kauaʻi with a client-first, relationship-driven approach to real estate. Based in Kapaʻa on the east side, she brings seven years of real estate experience, along with a strong foundation in property management from her earlier career under a principal broker. Originally from Durango, Colorado, Monica holds a Bachelor's Degree in Business Marketing from Colorado State University and grew up in a log cabin surrounded by pine trees, which helped shape her grounded, outdoors-oriented lifestyle and strong work ethic.
Since moving to Kauaʻi in 2013 with her family, Monica has developed a deep connection to the island, its communities, and its diverse lifestyles across each region. Her personal experience relocating to Hawaiʻi-and later building her own home-gives her a unique, firsthand understanding of the client journey from both an emotional and practical perspective. She is known for being organized, professional, personable, and deeply committed to her clients' best interests. Outside of real estate, Monica enjoys hiking, beach days, camping, fishing, and fly fishing with her family, as well as supporting Compassion International through her long-term sponsorship of children in Burkina Faso.
