Morgan is best known for her sunny and energetic disposition. She prides herself on bringing a touch of warmth, positivity, and sincerity to every Customer interaction; to ensure that each and every one of her Customers feels valued, comfortable, and confident throughout their entire buyer or selling journey.
Morgan holds two college degrees, one in Interior Design and a Bachelor's in Organizational Communication from Rollins College. With this type of strong academic foundation, it is no wonder that she found herself in the 'World of Real Estate'! Whether she is brainstorming renovations with a potential Buyer, negotiating the best terms for her Sellers, or utilizing her knowledge of the market & private investing, Morgan is a "driving force" eager to put her skills and experiences to use.
A native of Central Florida, Morgan grew up with a paintbrush in one hand and a sketch pen in the other, spending much of her childhood helping her parents flip homes and plan renovations. This early exposure sparked a lifelong love of home design, strategic thinking, and the often overlooked power of the "right" home to create lasting memories and strengthen family ties. Morgan's adventurous and family-oriented spirit carries into her personal life. She and her husband, David, a Special Hazard Lieutenant at Seminole County Fire Department and her high school sweetheart, along with their children, Logan and Everly, can often be found at skate parks in the fall and winter and surfing at the beach in the spring and summer. Morgan's adventurous spirit has also led her and David to accomplish impressive feats, including hiking the spine of Angel's Landing in Zion and skydiving at 18,000' together. Their children reflect Morgan's passions in their own ways, with Logan embracing an active lifestyle through lacrosse and Everly exploring her budding love of interior design.
