Nick Edel is a trusted and innovative member of The Agency Aspen, with a unique banking and real estate development background as well as a passion for his Colorado community. Since 2021, he has been the Director of Operations for the Agency's Aspen, directly managing and assisting all sales and rentals.
Nick moved to the Roaring Fork Valley after graduating from Colorado College with a mathematical economics and sculpture degree in 2017. Nick has always been drawn to the area for its beauty, rich history, and endless opportunity. He has a deep appreciation for Aspen's history and culture as his father was raised in Aspen and his grandfather served as Mayor in the late 70s.
Previously, Nick was a Loan Officer at Alpine Bank, where he got to know the community working on countless consumer and commercial real estate transactions, including land deals, construction, remodels, and refinancing.
Nick's passion for real estate started from a young age growing up in Los Angeles and developed further while working for a small development group, Tooley Interests based in Santa Monica. Later on and to this day Nick works with Pendle Properties Group, a small residential development group in the Pacific Palisades.
Through a combination of family history, deep knowledge of Residential financing, and a extensive experience in development and sales, Nick has garnered a deep knowledge of the Roaring Fork Valley's real estate offerings, market, and culture that make it so unique.
Like many Aspenites, Nick is a thrill seeker and can be found enjoying the outdoors on the weekends - bike riding, dirt biking, water skiing, snowboarding, and snowmobiling. Nick also loves traveling to see relatives in Europe, New York, and Los Angeles.
