Managing Partner of The Agency Cleveland, Nick is an award-winning real estate professional who specializes in serving buyers, sellers and investors throughout the region, from Portage, Geauga and Summit to Cuyahoga Counties. Ranked in the top 5% of real estate agents nationally, Nick is an honest and straightforward guide to his clients, and is known for his skillful ability to price a property to sell smoothly and efficiently. A natural people person and entrepreneur, Nick got his start selling cars just after high school and later started his own promotional product company. Raised in Solon, Ohio, Nick attended Solon High School and Community College where he studied marketing and finance. "I've built solid relationships with local vendors in every speciality, and love being able to connect my clients with the best contractors, lenders and more," says Nick. As a resident of the Cleveland area for over 30 years, Nick possesses a unique, in-depth awareness of the region and is actively involved in the community through volunteer work. When he isn't helping clients, Nick enjoys traveling and spending time with his family-often serving as coach for his sons' football teams and daughter's soccer team. Nick is also the Treasurer of the Aurora Youth Football Association.
