Nicole entered the industry in 2013 through one of the most rigorous educations a young real estate professional could receive - serving as Executive Liaison to the President of one of Rhode Island's most celebrated luxury real estate organizations, a firm that had defined the standard for white-glove service and boutique representation in this region for generations. She saw the business from the top down: the marketing, the strategy, the negotiations, the culture. She understood not just how luxury real estate worked - but why it mattered. And she understood what was at risk of being lost as the industry began consolidating around scale and corporate infrastructure over personal service and genuine relationship.
Together with her husband and business partner Patrick Farrell, Nicole co-founded The Agency Narragansett to bring back what had quietly disappeared - and to build something South County had never quite seen before: a brokerage with the sophistication, global marketing reach, and brand power of a world-class luxury firm, delivered with the personalized attention, local expertise, and white-glove care that clients in this community have always deserved.
