Nikko Santo Pietro joins The Agency’s real estate powerhouse group, The Umansky Team. Son to iconic game-show hostess Vanna White, Nikko was born and raised in Mulholland Estates and Beverly Park, bringing a deep-rooted connection to the area to his role at The Agency—plus, a wealth of architectural and design expertise. Nikko’s approach to business is one based on transparency and honesty and he aims to provide valuable market insights and exceptional customer service throughout every step of a transaction.
Enamored by the diverse architectural styles, historical significance, and individual property stories within the L.A. area, Nikko finds the unique qualities of each home are what make it interesting and special. His extensive knowledge of the Beverly Hills area goes beyond just the properties; he knows the neighborhoods, local eateries, parks, schools, and the overall lifestyle.
Prior to embarking on his real estate career, Nikko studied agriculture at Oregon State University, developing an in-depth understanding of trees and plants, which he readily shares with clients. This unique knowledge adds an extra layer of value when assessing potential properties.
One of Nikko's most significant passions is cooking, a love he inherited from his father, who owned two iconic Los Angeles restaurants, Santo Pietro's and Sushi Ko. He grew up tending to a garden and vineyard, where guests were welcomed daily, and communal meals were prepared and shared. Additionally in his free time, Nikko is a social enthusiast who frequently hosts poetry nights, fostering connections and bringing people together. He also enjoys playing the piano, reading, and prioritizing restful sleep. He loves gathering with friends and savoring camaraderie over cocktails.
