Growing up on Ten Mile Point in Victoria and then raising my family in the Cowichan Valley has made me very familiar with southern Vancouver Island. Vancouver Island offers so much to do and when I am not working, I love to ski, hike, golf, cycle or head out in my 13.5 ft. row/sail boat. And these days, I am also found enjoying the company of my two young grandsons. I have been an entrepreneur much of my life, from helicopter logging, home construction, software development to office supply and many connected synergies. Real estate has always held my interest, so in 2003 I decided to make real estate my career, with the last five years acting in the additional role of Managing Broker. When it comes to real estate, I am very knowledgeable and I also have a quirky sense of humour, which can help lower the stress of real estate transactions. Real estate should be enjoyable.
