Raegan Hinks is an experienced Realtor with ERA Homes Group serving Greater Vancouver, Whistler, Victoria, and the Cowichan Valley. Growing up in Duncan, BC, Raegan has deep roots in the community and now calls Vancouver's Westside home. He holds a BA from the University of Victoria and originally planned to pursue law before transitioning into real estate. This move led him to work as an analyst at a small firm, eventually earning his real estate license and thriving in the industry.
Raegan is a multiple MLS award winner and has extensive experience in real estate presale development. He's worked on numerous projects, including single-family homes, townhomes, and condo developments. Raegan has been involved in 9 developments, collaborating with well-known firms such as Marker Group, Cox Developments, Casman, Westbank, and Anthem. Notable projects he has contributed to include The Lyra, 989 Johnson, The Otto, Regatta Park, Cameo, Sanctuary, West Third, and Founders Block North and South.
