A true all-island real estate expert with more than a decade of experience, The Agency Jamaica’s Rebecca Stevenson has handled the purchase and sale of a broad array of properties, from homes, new developments and land parcels to boutique hotels and commercial buildings. As Managing Partner of the local office, Rebecca leads with vivacity and compassion, consistently fostering collaboration and modeling a solutions-centric approach to any and all obstacles. While Rebecca accommodates clients throughout the island, she specializes in serving the North Coast, particularly the parishes of St. Ann and St. Mary.
Prior to launching her real estate career, Rebecca managed her own jewelry businesses, “Jamaica Jewels” and “Island Girl,” which were exclusively sold in resort gift shops across the island. This fast-paced, high-pressure occupation demanded decisive leadership and unflagging discretion—skills Rebecca readily employs as an agent.
In her years as a business owner on the island and as a real estate agent, Rebecca has built a far-reaching network of local professionals, ranging from conveyance attorneys and surveyors to valuators, developers, architects and contractors. Today, she serves as a director on the Board of the Realtors Association of Jamaica.

Born and raised locally by a Jamaican father and British mother, Rebecca attended school in the United Kingdom and achieved a Bachelor of Arts Degree in Drama and English from the University of Hull.
In her free time, Rebecca enjoys spending time with her husband and two children exploring art galleries and museums and attending musicals. She also loves watching documentaries and —of course—taking in Jamaica’s picture-perfect beaches.
