Shantel began her real estate career in 2006. She quickly learned how to navigate the challenges and opportunities of the market during the Great Recession, consistently growing her business year over year while becoming a specialist in relocation and short sales. Having bought, built and sold eight homes in various states over the past two decades, she possesses invaluable first-hand knowledge of the relocation process and how to best serve clients remotely. Whether her clients want to secure a new home during a weekend visit, tour properties for months to find "the one" or construct a home from start to finish, Shantel takes pride in advising with patience and empathy. She now has a team SK Luxury Group, which continues to grow year after year in sales volume. They are a top producing team and believe in giving the best luxury experience to all their clients.
Born and raised in Illinois, where she married her husband and raised three now-grown children, Shantel first fell in love with Naples during her honeymoon and made it her full-time residence in 2019. She and her husband, who serves as Operating Manager of The Agency Naples, now enjoy time at the beach, golfing and playing bocce ball in between assisting clients and negotiating transactions. Together they feel blessed to continue deepening their ties to the community and supporting numerous charities, including the Northern Illinois Food Bank, Michael Phelps Foundation, Tim Tebow Foundation, STARability Foundation and St. Matthew's House.
