Raised in Ottawa, Simon attended the University of Toronto where he played football, rugby, ran track and studied geography. Simon’s time as a dedicated athlete honed his ability to focus, problem-solve and perform under pressure. “In team sports like rugby and football, it's essential to trust the dedication of your teammates and your coach to get you in a position to win,” says Simon. “As an agent, I act as both coach and teammate to my clients. I help guide them through the process—whether they are buying, selling or looking to invest—and being a reliable teammate to provide support at every turn.” Throughout every transaction, Simon’s positive attitude remains steadfast, as does his level of forthright communication with clients. Outside of work, Simon can be found catching up on the latest films and top-rated TV shows, pursuing his passion for sports coaching high school rugby and football at Upper Canada College and improving his recreational fishing skills on Lake Ontario.
