Sophia Hirjee joins The Agency Beverly Hills as a member of the Grauman Rosenfeld Group, serving Los Angeles to Orange County. As a CPA and financial analyst, working for Fortune 500 companies in the past, and (now) several years of local real estate work, Sophia emphasizes attention to detail as a key skill that sets her apart from other realtors; whether it's scheduling appointments, creative problem-solving in negotiations, or thinking critically under pressure, she aims for a seamless process for all her clients.

Sophia’s expertise and success is attributed to her experience in accounting & finance as it taught her how to strategize and better understand the market at a macro and micro economic level. She has enjoyed building her knowledge of the unexpected intricacies of the development world and negotiates for clients with her best foot forward. Her excel-savvy skill set adds an analytical edge to deals: calculating revenue projections, estimating liabilities and costs, and evaluating cash flows with an experienced eye. “When you hand over the keys,” notes Sophia. “It’s just all worth it.”

Originally from Santa Monica, Sophia has been passionate about real estate since childhood, going to open houses on the weekends with her parents for fun. She graduated from USC with a degree in accounting.
When she's not tracking down property details or building a stunning cost projection spreadsheet for her clients, Sophia is watching Laker games (she’s a huge fan) or working out. Her other priorities are dedicating time to friends and family, and supporting the Aga Khan Foundation (AKF), which makes long-term investments to break the cycle of poverty and improve the quality of life for millions across Asia and Africa.
