Her expertise covers a wide range of areas, including land acquisition, development and construction, as well as the wine industry. From planting vines to bottling vintages, her knowledge of the entire process provides clients with a competitive edge when navigating the complex world of vineyards and winery estates.
Before becoming an agent, Stephanie co-founded a vineyard and winery management and consulting company. Her deep expertise in this sector allows her to provide clients with valuable insights, maximize return on investment, and offer expert guidance throughout every stage of the buying, selling and development process.
Stephanie also has first-hand experience in estate management, has maintained vacation rentals, and worked in the hospitality realm. Plus, her longstanding relationships with trusted local contractors, designers, and subcontractors make Stephanie a valuable asset and a resource for her clients.
Outside of her professional endeavors, Stephanie enjoys spending time with her husband and two daughters, traveling, cooking, and creating sourdough bread. She is also committed to giving back to her community, having been actively involved in initiatives such as youth basketball and feeding the homeless.
