After earning her MBA from the University of Denver, she began her career as a real estate investor, building and managing a portfolio that has included rental properties, renovation projects, and multifamily assets throughout Denver and Colorado Springs.
Along side her investments, Suraya launched her career as a real estate broker and has since guided buyers, sellers, and investors through numerous successful transactions across the greater Denver area. Her firsthand experience as both an investor and advisor gives clients a distinct advantage, providing practical insight, strategic guidance, and a deep understanding of the opportunities and challenges that can arise throughout the real estate journey.

Outside of real estate, Suraya serves on the board of a local school and leads a family foundation centered on youth athletics and wellness. The foundation has made multiple investments in Colorado communities, and Suraya has led the evaluation and sponsorship of dozens of scholarships for students seeking outdoor education experiences. Suraya is also an avid traveler who has visited all seven continents and enjoys sharing her passion for exploration with her husband and young daughter. A lifelong skier, she proudly considers Steamboat Springs her second home. She is also a devoted "Pom Mom" to three very spoiled Pomeranians.
