Born in New York City and raised in Washington, D.C., Susan is a graduate of Syracuse University, where she earned a Bachelor's degree in Political Science. . Her early career brought her to Capitol Hill, where she worked with The Washington Post Company during the height of the dot-com boom, managing contracts for Fortune 500 companies. Susan moved to NYC in 2001 to work with Citigroup, leading the digital launch of the firm's women's financial services division. Susan then spent 15 years as an agent and team leader at Douglas Elliman and as Sales Director at Warburg Realty before joining the Senior Leadership team at Triplemint in 2020, which later merged with The Agency in 2022.
Outside of work, Susan spends time with her mini golden doodle, Simon Le Bon, and is an avid runner, having competed in both the NYC and London marathons.
