Tania Sheridan

Having experienced nearly every aspect of the real estate realm firsthand—from tenancy and buying to upsizing, rightsizing, sales, pre-construction purchases, investment and rental management as well as commercial sales—Tania Sheridan is an accomplished, versatile resource and a well-informed guide for clients throughout Durham Region, Northumberland, Hastings, Quinte, Peterborough and the Greater Toronto Area. Part of The Agency Toronto West, Tania is known for her sharp attention to detail, extensive market knowledge and genuine desire to collaborate with colleagues and clients.

“My goal is to provide top quality service that allows people to feel confident in making extremely important decisions that impact them and their family,” says Tania. Her involvement in the real estate realm began when she purchased her first home at the age of 22. Since then, Tania has bought, sold and invested in several properties and a few developments—building her in-depth knowledge of the business every step of the way.

“The real estate market is always evolving, and I love staying up to speed on all the shifts—no matter how minute,” says Tania. “I readily share vital statistics, trends and new opportunities with my clients and colleagues so they too can have personal and professional success in real estate.”

Tania attended University of Waterloo where she achieved an Honours Bachelor of Arts degree in Communications, a minor in Business and Legal Studies with a specialization in Human Resources. Tania went on to graduate with a Masters in Business, Entrepreneurship and Technology, also from the University of Waterloo.

In her free time, Tania and her husband Brandon (a fellow agent at The Agency Toronto West) enjoy being with their three young children and dog Bella —find them at local sports arenas, baseball diamonds and gyms chasing after their little ones. Tania also loves a good cup of coffee, Italian food, traveling and going to local sporting events and concerts. Tania also regularly supports Sloane’s House, which provides pediatric respite and hospice care in Durham; Lakeridge Health Oshawa’s Pediatric Ward and Olivia’s Elves, who assist Dreams and Wishes Children’s Charity fulfill wish lists for families in need across the Durham Region.
