Tara Holt is an enthusiastic addition to The Agency, joining the Calabasas office and serving the greater San Fernando Valley, with a primary focus on the charming Westlake Village area and select properties in Agoura Hills and Malibu. Born and raised in Newport Beach, California, Tara brings a native's love for Southern California to her real estate career.

Tara's lifelong immersion in the world of real estate, thanks to her mother, a real estate agent and broker, has shaped her unique perspective. Tara’s passion comes from helping clients find their dream homes and secure their future. For her, real estate is not just about transactions; it's about creating a sense of security and fulfillment for her clients.

Alongside real estate, Tara is an actress in film and television. Having worked with some of the industry's top directors, actors, writers and producers, she is equipped with confidence and professionalism that will serve her well in her new real estate endeavors.

Outside of her real estate career, Tara loves traveling the world, experiencing new cultures, and meeting people from all walks of life. She enjoys spending time with her husband and two beloved dogs at the beach, hiking, and embracing the outdoors. She's passionate about fitness and is an avid snowboarder who makes the most of every winter season.
