Tara joined The Agency in August 2020, as Senior Vice President of Franchise Operations. She and her team are committed to supporting The Agency's Global Partners with a focus on growth, profitability and overall exceptional experience. With extensive experience in the real estate industry, Tara has held various roles throughout her 30 plus year career, providing her with a comprehensive understanding of the real estate industry. Prior to joining The Agency, Tara held corporate positions with two other real estate franchise companies. Before her corporate career, she started began as an entrepreneur by owning a real estate franchise company and partnering with other two other like-minded businesswomen to expand into multiple franchise offices in Northern CA as a top performing company. Tara is a wife, mom, Mimi and fur mom. Tara is also the founder and author of "beAWESOME Journal", a gratitude and mindfulness journal for children. She believes in the power of positive daily rituals to help children thrive and become confident, productive adults.
