Vincent has been a licensed real estate professional for over 30 years, during which he has sold numerous homes. As one of Bergen County's most prominent builders, his main focus is on custom, residential and commercial building. Vincent has built nearly 45 homes in the two-acre subdivision of the Rio Vista Estates in Mahwah, and over 40 other homes in towns including Mahwah, Saddle River, Upper Saddle River, Wyckoff, and Ho-Ho-Kus. The past 10 years have led Vincent into the realm of historic home renovations, including The Crocker Mansion and the Darlington School House in Mahwah.Some of his commercial projects include Liberty Hyundai and Subaru, Arrow Staples Warehouse, and The Medicine Company in Parsippany, NJ. Vincent has a strong work ethic and his clients enjoy working with him as a result of his high level of professionalism, organization, respect, and kindness.
