In 2016, Vince and his wife, Kaylin, relocated from San Diego to Coeur d'Alene with their six-month-old son, Kohen. Having been raised in Hayden, Idaho, Kaylin was excited to return home and be closer to family. Their family later grew with the addition of their daughter, Rosie Jo.
Since launching his real estate career, Vince has helped dozens of families and individuals buy, sell, and invest in North Idaho real estate, facilitating more than $36 million in sales. Having personally experienced a major relocation, he understands both the challenges and excitement that come with moving. Raised between the North Seattle, WA communities of Edmonds, Lynnwood, and Shoreline, as well as Los Angeles and Orange County, California, Vince brings a unique perspective that helps him connect with both local residents and those relocating to the area.
