A++++ William is fast, efficient, friendly, and gets the deal done. I went through him to lease a home in West Hollywood and won't consider using any realtor but him when I decide to buy. He makes you feel like you're his most important client even though he services a ton of VIPs in the Beverly Hills, Hollywood Hills, and West Hollywood areas. He even left me a bottle of primo champagne when I picked up the keys!
William is an incredible agent. I purchased a home through him and he was available to me 24/7, always sending me listings including "pocket listings" that not everyone knew about. He is kind and energetic, and a consummate professional. You are in good hands when you work with William.
I had to find a new house to rent for my boss in very short period, and I had no idea how I could find the one he likes.. But I found William, who is fast, responsible, kind, and literally 24/7 working for his clients. He gave us tons of lists and made appointments for viewing very quickly every time we want. After we found a wonderful, great deal house, William kept helping us finish all the documents that we needed to do for an agreement. I had to do as soon as possible since my boss wanted to move in right away, but William made this so much easier. He even picked up calls during christmas holidays. That happens very rarely. I strongly recommend William :)
I have had the pleasure of working with William multiple times for both renting an income property and also for purchasing a new home. William is a reliable, responsive, hard working, quality individual who takes pride in his job. He knows the real estate process and guides his clients in a calm and effective manner. I am happy to have William on my team which is why I continue to call him for all of my real estate related needs. I would highly recommend him!
I enlisted William to help me rent two vacant units in my building, and thank goodness I did. Before I met William, I figured I could easily lease two beautiful Beverly Hills apartments without the help of an agent. After all, I'm decently tech and marketing savvy....how hard could it be? But after months of struggling to find qualified tenants, I enlisted William's help. I wasn't sure if William would really give my "small project" much attention compared to the expensive homes he lists/buys, but he absolutely gave me attention and was responsive. William brought in a professional photographer and utilized his network to reach local prospective tenants as well as prospects from the East Coast looking to relocate. He also walked both units with me and pointed out little details that could make a difference when showing to a renter. The units already seemed beautiful to me (no bias here!), but I listened to his professional opinion and followed his advice. William got both units leased to great tenants within about 4-6 weeks. I hope I don't have any vacancies again anytime soon, but if I do, I'll call William in a heartbeat and not waste precious time. He is pleasant to work with, hard working and very knowledgable. I highly recommend William for leasing and would certainly contact him in the future to help buy or sell a property.
I thought it would be easy to rent my house on my own before I moved out of state. How tough could it be? I figured I'd list it on Zillow with pictures I took, people would call and I'd find the right tenant quickly. How wrong I was. My first mistake was in pricing my home. I priced it based on other listings in my neighborhood (all clearly unrealistic and inflated given how long they have been on the market) and my assessment of how my house compared. After two months on the market with inquiries from only the sign on my front lawn (and only from people looking for much less expensive properties), I decided to turn the house over to William who had called me soon after I had listed the house to see if I needed help. (He had impressed me with his professionalism during that first call.) William very diplomatically suggested I had over priced it, but also knew not to push too hard. He also got a photographer in to professionally photograph it. Over a period of a few months, we lowered the price until we found the sweet spot, as he calls it, and activity picked up. Shortly after that, we landed the perfect tenant. It is no easy task to find the "sweet spot." You want to rent it quickly, but you also don't want to leave money on the table. William had exactly the right temperament to guide me through that process. During the listing, including after I moved out of state, William was very responsive to my texts and to inquiries about the property. His screening of people and background checks saved me a huge hassle. And, the lease form he used and document management procedure made everything a breeze. The tenant who rented the house wanted to close the deal the day after seeing it and I was so surprised we were able to get through the lease process in less than two days. Bottom line is I will be calling William when my tenant's lease expires!
I'm a bit of a tough judge of real estate agents, as I was raised by one. That said, I cannot stress enough the level of professionalism and expertise exhibited by William. He not only made the lengthy and confusing process of purchasing a home understandable and as painless as possible, but the process of finding a home (in theory, the hard part) not only efficient, but also enjoyable. He frequently went out of his way to do things for us that aren't typically a part of the job description, not the least of which was stopping by afterwards to hand-deliver a nice bottle of champagne as a congratulations on getting our dream house. His communications were prompt, to the point, but never cold or detached. He made us feel like old friends and was there the entire time to ensure we felt comfortable and informed about the entire process. It was so pleasant working with him; I would not hesitate to recommend William to anyone who's in the market for a house!
