El Paraje

A spectacular place to develop surrounded by nature and close to the city’s services, El Paraje, a two-parcel land, is located to the northwest of La Paz, Baja California Sur at highway Carretera San Juan de la Costa on kilometer 15.5, just 24 kilometers (15 miles) from the International Airport of La Paz.

Covering 50 hectares (123 acres), one parcel with 35 hectares, and the other parcel with 15 hectares, both parcels have one kilometer of beach-front, with a beautiful deep blue sea, finishing its horizon with the Espiritu Santo Island. Every property has the use land as a tourist residential.
The landscape is surrounded by reddish mountains and an enormous garden of cactuses that witness the silence of the desert and the calm of the Sea of Cortez.
