House in quiet area in Braga

We present a villa of three floors, a few steps from the center of Braga.
At the base of its construction, a sound insulation system with an insulated air box was implemented that separates the house from the properties that make a junction with this property, making it a private space with sound insulation. The property also has solar panels that ensure its energy efficiency.
On the middle floor, and at the entrance of the villa, we can find a living room and reading room separated by a modern and central fireplace. This fireplace works as central heating and heat recovery, heating tap water and radiators. We can also find the kitchen united in an open space with the dining area, receiving natural light through the large windows and the glass door to the outside, making the space inviting and welcoming.
On this floor we also find a covered terrace, currently intended for the outdoor dining area, making a direct connection between the living room and an annex of the property that can be used as a support to the dining area.
We also find a garage area a few steps below the ground floor, with a laundry area and parking for 2 cars. From the garage, we access directly the garden that surrounds the whole house and where we can find a small lake and a statuette, transmitting a quiet and relaxing environment when arriving at the villa.
As we go up the next floors, we currently find two bedrooms, one of them en suite. There is also a third room equipped with gym machines and a bathroom common to these two areas, where there is a bathtub in the center, standing out for its grandeur and elegance.
From the balconies of the rooms, it is possible to access the views over the surroundings and breathe the nature in which this property emerges.
