SHVO, the New York-based luxury real estate development and investment firm, has announced its newest condominium development: Mandarin Oriental Residences Beverly Hills. Mauricio Umansky and The Agency Development Group are representing the 54 luxurious residences along with Penelope Stipanovich, who recently joined The Agency team as part of this project. The Mandarin Oriental Residences is the first new condominium building to be constructed in Beverly Hills in over a decade as well as the brand’s first standalone residential concept to open in the United States.

Life at the Mandarin Oriental Residences will be exceptional. Owners will experience hotel-inspired living, encompassing the legendary amenities and five-star service of a Mandarin Oriental with the added security and privacy of a residential-only building. Conveniences include a private porte-cochere with valet parking, a dedicated concierge team and private amenities such as a library, lounge and dedicated space for meetings. An expansive rooftop sanctuary will feature a sun-drenched pool, state-of-the-art fitness center, spa, and indoor-outdoor yoga and meditation spaces. World-renowned, Michelin-starred Chef Daniel Boulud will also make his West Coast debut at the property, operating the private rooftop bar and lounge as well as two restaurants at the base of the building. Boulud will also offer in-home dining for residents.
