A Los Angeles local for over 13 years, Andy Pompei brings a keen eye for design, stellar attention to detail and concierge-level client service to The Grauman Team in Beverly Hills. Well-versed in the various neighborhoods throughout the city, he loves nothing more than finding the perfect home for a client. He has a knack for recognizing and understanding his clients’ tastes, interests and desires in a property, as well as a nuanced talent for staging and preparing a home for sale.
Prior to his career in real estate, Andy worked as a stylist for over a decade in Beverly Hills and Malibu, honing his eye for quality design and his ability to sense his clients’ needs—skills that translate seamlessly to real estate. His passion for architecture and design helped fuel his career transition to real estate, to which he brings a vast network of clients.
Originally from Cleveland, Andy grew up watching his father renovate investment properties, learning the ins and outs of the process. An avid volleyball player, Andy was a First Team All-American in high school and a member of the Youth National Team in 2004. He played Division One volleyball at Brigham Young University for two years, finishing his college career at Cal State Northridge, where he played volleyball and majored in communication studies. His sports career taught him so much about teamwork and a solid work ethic, which he continues to apply to all aspects of his life. When not touring real estate with his clients, Andy stays active playing beach volleyball and tennis, cheering on the Lakers, spending time with his family and two dogs, French bulldog Sophie and a mini Pekingese Gwyneth.
