Blake Ward

Born and raised in Surf City, U.S.A (also known as Santa Cruz, California) Blake Ward is a true local native who prides himself on knowing the area inside and out—no map apps needed. Part of The Agency Los Gatos, Blake approaches his profession with enthusiasm, dedication and total devotion to his clients’ goals. He is a natural leader who can provide astute guidance on the regional market and all it has to offer—from spectacular surf spots to great restaurants, top-rated schools, emerging neighborhoods, hidden gems and more.

Blake attended Scotts Valley High before moving to Los Angeles where he graduated from Loyola Marymount University with a bachelor’s degree in Theatre Arts.

Blake is a talented, multifaceted creator. In his free time, in addition to writing screenplays, he sings, plays guitar and piano and never shies away from a fun night of karaoke. Blake is also a videographer and editor, a licensed part 107 drone videographer—a coveted skill for creating property marketing assets—and works with the CA Self Determination program teaching young adults with autism film production, screenwriting, videography and editing. Passionate about health and fitness, Blake also finds ways to be active every day.
