Dana Benyehuda

Dana Benyehuda brings nearly a decade of real estate experience and a distinctly personalized level of care to every transaction. Known for her bright energy, patience and clear communication style, Dana extensive knowledge for new construction development for more than two decades working with investors and developers, make her an invaluable resource for her clients. “Being a real estate agent is not just a job for me, it's my passion,” says Dana, and her extensive roster of repeat and referral clients are a testament to the hard work and dedication she brings to every transaction. Dana’s areas of expertise and service cover a broad area of Los Angeles—including Malibu, Santa Monica, Venice, Marina Del Rey, Pacific Palisades Be Air, Hollywood Hills—and extends down to the South Bay’s Palos Verdes, El Segundo, Hermosa Beach, Redondo Beach and Manhattan Beach where she lives with her husband and raised her kids. “The satisfaction I feel when I successfully negotiate the best deal for my clients and see their faces light up with joy is indescribable. I am grateful for the opportunity to make a positive impact on people's lives and create memories that will last a lifetime.” Born and raised in Israel, Dana is fluent in Hebrew. She relocated to Los Angeles in 2005. Dana is deeply passionate about giving back to the community. As a mom of three kids, Dana values education and constantly leads effort for schools volunteering projects. Dana earned her Bachelor's degree in Biochemistry from UCLA. And prior to that she served in the Navy as a biochemist leading a research laboratory in Israel. Dana worked as an officer for an Israeli airline at LAX, interviewing and profiling hundreds of passengers a day. “My work in the security realm has been an incredible asset to my real estate career—it gave me a deep understanding of people and sharpened my ability to communicate and work with a wide variety of individuals,” says Dana.
