As a homeowner herself, Elisa Seeger understands first-hand what’s involved in investing in a home. Whether it's a first home purchase or a third investment property, she realizes home buying is her clients’ most important personal and financial decision. She is determined to find the best fit for each client. She is especially attuned to the needs of first-time home buyers, walking them through the process one step at a time and overseeing every detail to ensure the deal goes smoothly.
Supervising a full restoration of her home, along with previous renovations in her first home, has given Elisa first-hand experience working with contractors, architects, and the Department of Buildings. This has made her an invaluable resource for buyers interested in purchasing a fixer-upper, or sellers willing to do a few small updates to maximize profits. Her last project was a complete renovation of a 5-bedroom home she purchased in East Hampton.
A first-generation American with parents from Italy and Brazil, Elisa grew up in Borough Park and Midwood, Brooklyn. After a career as a fashion buyer for department and specialty stores, she opened a motorcycle shop and then a clothing store. Her focus on customer service, honed negotiating skills, clear strategy, and understanding of the market, helped these businesses thrive.
Elisa lives in Windsor Terrace with her daughter Sienna and Buster, an English Bulldog. After losing her son Aidan in 2012 at the age of 7 to a disease called ALD (adrenoleukodystrophy), she fought to have “Aidan’s Law” signed in New York in 2013. New York became the first state in the country to test every baby born for ALD and through her efforts created through her son’s foundation, testing is now available in 31 states. She continues to work on the foundation - www.aldalliance.org. Elisa loves everything having to do with real estate and enjoys music, exercising, cooking, movies, and traveling in her time off.
