James Zarres, a proud graduate of Azusa Pacific University. Holding degrees in both business management and psychology, his educational background positions him well for navigating the real estate world of marketing listings and negotiating contracts.

Prior to graduating college, James had experienced a major life event that became the catalyst to pursuing a career in real estate. During his senior year of college he had unexpectedly lost his mother a few months short of graduation. While being in the middle of his family downsizing their home at the time, the exceptional service that his family received from their real estate team became something that James was determined to emulate for others.

James is passionate about simplifying the real estate buying/selling process from start to finish for all of his clients, especially those in the midst of any major life events that may be happening.

James brings a unique perspective and blend of skills to The Agency, a global real estate brokerage, as he has traveled to more than 15 countries and 16 states. He also comes from a family of 6 siblings all adopted at different ages from different ethnicities around the world. It is safe to say he has a well rounded background of diverse cultures. While he has traveled to many places, Palm Springs has been home to James for over 20 years.
