Marian Purcell joined The Agency and serves the Algarve area. With her years of experience in the real estate industry, Marian brings a wealth of knowledge and expertise to the table. Born and raised in Limerick, Ireland, she has a Bachelor of Business Studies degree from the University of Limerick, with a major in Human Resources.

Throughout her career, Marian has worked in recruitment, HR, and business development, and even ran her own wedding and event company. She then opened her own real estate company in the Algarve before joining The Agency. Her diverse background and experience have allowed her to bring a unique perspective to her real estate career and have honed her relationship-building and negotiation skills.

What excites Marian the most about real estate is that every day is different, and she loves getting to know her clients. She is passionate about finding her clients their dream property and takes the time to listen to their wants and needs. Her specialized local knowledge of the Algarve, where she has lived, worked, and traveled for the past 6 years, will greatly benefit her clients.

In her free time, Marian loves spending time at the beach with her husband and three kids and is an avid sports enthusiast. She was an Irish Swimming Champion and still swims today. She also loves playing hockey and paddle tennis and is a big fan of rugby, particularly the Irish team.
