Mario is a people-driven real estate advisor and marketeer who joined The Agency, serving all of Portugal. He brings extensive experience in the luxury market, specializing in the hospitality and yachting industries.
His passion for cross-industry partnerships has led him to cover executive roles in Hospitality, Yachting, and until recently also in the Academic world. It is that passion for diversity that ultimately brought Mario to the Real Estate world.

Born in Belgium to an Italian father and a Flemish mother, he is a true European being fluent in Dutch, Italian, French, English, and Portuguese, having lived in different countries across Europe. His love story with Portugal commenced in the 90s when he opened a Luxury Hotel in the Algarve, being already then, a brand ambassador for Portugal as a destination to visit and live in.
Real Estate is about selling a destination, combining its tangibles and intangibles, the assets and experiences, the gastronomy, the genuine friendliness of its people. Portugal offers the whole package!
