Part of The Agency Woodside, Nino Gaetano is a third-generation Bay Area resident and real estate expert with more than two decades of industry experience. Nino is a respected professional revered for his wealth of local and national market knowledge. A dynamic leader in the local real estate community, he is a member of the Silicon Valley Association of Realtors and the National Association of Realtors.
Born and raised in Menlo Park and Portola Valley, Nino’s family lineage (Skrabo, Gaetano) in the area dates back to the early 1900s. After graduating from Menlo-Atherton High School, Nino attended Washington State University where he competed in Pac-12 competitions as a member of the crew team. Upon graduating, he lived in Ketchum, Idaho; Taos, New Mexico, and Makeena, Maui. Nino began his real estate career in 1998 in Portola Valley; during his career he brokered one of the largest transactions in the town's history.
A devoted community servant, Nino volunteers as a coach and mentors local youths. He is also a Committee Chair of Students Rising Above (SRA-SF) with founding member Wendy Tokuda of KPIX-5 News. SRA’s mission is to help extraordinary low-income Bay Area high school students reach college.
In his free time, Nino enjoys coaching his kids in sports, paddling local lakes and rivers, fishing, biking in the mountains, snowshoeing, snowboarding or hiking the Bay Area’s scenic trails with his canine companion, Kali.
