Wendy Rodriguez

Wendy Rodriguez is a Guatemalan- American, proud mother of three beautiful daughters. With all the odds against her, becoming a mother at the age of 15, Wendy has proven that with faith in God, determination, discipline and courage nothing is impossible.

At the age of 21, Wendy began her entrepreneurship purchasing the popular franchise “Curves”, then at 26 created her own brand “Ultimate Sweat Zone” or “USZ”, a fitness center for women and kids dance studio.

In 2016, she was a featured author of the best seller, “Today’s Inspired Latina”. In the same year she founded Fearless Footsteps, a non profit organization and raised thousands of dollars for children in Brentwood with the mission to empower young adults and helping them find their purpose for which they were created. She passionately worked to help and motivate them to achieve their fullest potentional; to build self esteem, self worth, to create spiritual relationships and raise mental and health awareness.

Ms. Rodriguez has been honored tremendously from 2011 to 2018 by different organizations such as the Long Island Chamber of Commerce that honored Wendy as “Women Business of the Year”, she was also awarded by Mujer Actual Magazine, Latina Exitoso, Latino Star, Queen Courier, Mujeres Sin Limites, and the list goes on!

Wendy Rodriguez is not only focused on empowering women and young children but is an active health advocate between the community and Brentwood schools with more than 12 certifications in health, exercise, nutrition, communication, marketing and branding.

In 2014, Ms. Rodriguez founded “Empowering Women TV & Radio” seen on Verizon Fios and heard on 540AM Radio Adonai. Wendy was also the radio host for many shows such as “El Rescate Del Día” , “La Gozadera del Media Día” heard on 98.5 La fiesta and was the CEO and Presenter for the show “Brillando Sin Limites” which was broadcasted on 463 Verizon Fios. Currently Wendy is now hosting her radio show “Wendy Rodriguez Live” on Latinomixx featured Saturday and Sunday at 11am.

Now Ms. Rodriguez has made her way with the continuous commitment to help families on Long Island achieve the American dream of home ownership. Wendy is a licensed realtor with Keller Williams Realty Elite based in Massapequa. She founded her real estate team “Team Wendy Rodriguez ”, which includes her two eldest daughters, hoping to help families, as a family.
