DRINK THIS The “Uni Cocktail” made with tequila, uni puree, toasted nori, sesame seeds, cumin and smoked applewood salt at the Line Hotel’s lobby Pot Bar in K-town. It’s a creation anchored by chef Roy Choi (Kogi, Chego, A-Frame) and mixologist Matthew Biancaniello (Plan Check, Library Bar) and will soon be joinedby Roy’s hotly-anticipated POT restaurant, as well as a Cafe and vegetarian Commissary, sometime this month.
