The Agency is proud to announce that real estate agent and design expert Lynda Kahn has joined its team. Lynda will work out of the company’s headquarters in Beverly Hills.
Before joining The Agency, Lynda co-founded TWINART Inc., a bicoastal branding and design agency for the entertainment industry. Lynda is an Emmy Award winning Creative Director whose vision has shaped successful entertainment brands including CBS, ABC, FOX, Warner Bros, and campaigns for The ELLEN DeGeneres Show, Fashion Rocks and Arrested Development. Her experience in multi-platform marketing dovetails perfectly with the innovative approach needed for marketing high-end real estate on a global scale.
“Lynda’s expertise in design, architecture and art gives her a unique position in the Los Angeles and New York luxury real estate markets,” says Billy Rose, President and Co-founder of The Agency. “She’s a valuable addition to our team, and I personally want to welcome her to The Agency.”
With such a diverse background, Lynda boasts many notable personalities among her clients. She is also known for her 
discretion, affability, negotiating skills, team management and the hands-on approach she takes with every one of her clients.
Lynda is a recipient of a National Endowment fellowship grant for the Arts grant in Visual Media. She graduated with honors from the Art Institute of Chicago with an MFA. She also follows trends in art, photography and architecture. Most weekends you can find her at art galleries, LACMA, The Hammer, Paris Photo, AIA Architecture tours, and the first week in December at Miami Art Basel. She currently lives in a Lorcan O’Herilhy designed loft in West Hollywood.
