LA Times Home Of The Day: The Minotti Penthouse At The Carlyle

by | Jul 7, 2014

The recently unveiled Minotti Penthouse, the last remaining penthouse at The Carlyle Residences in Westwood, is the LA Times “Home of the Day.”

“Looking down over Bel-Air, the Hollywood Hills and the Pacific Ocean from the 23rd floor, the penthouse […] offers an envious combination of location and world-class appointments,” notes the LA Times.

“Complementing jet-liner views are interiors designed by Minotti Los Angeles, a collection that includes nearly $1 million of hand-picked furniture, accessories and curated artwork.”

The 5,283-square-foot three-bedroom, four-and-a-half bathroom residence features “jet-liner views” and includes 13-foot ceilings, sweeping floor-to-ceiling windows and a balcony or terrace off every exposure.

The fully-furnished residence is listed at $9.916 million or available for $8.85 million without furniture, art and accessories. Minotti’s design team hand selected nearly $519,000 worth of contemporary furniture, lighting and accessories that reflect Minotti’s sophisticated, timeless design. Items such as the Prince Chair and ottoman in the living room and Ioegio copper bench by Mauro Mori in the master bedroom were styled with exquisite art pieces. The artwork throughout the apartment is valued at almost $547,000.
