It was a night of celebration as tastemakers gathered to enjoy an evening of food, drinks and entertainment at the Grand Opening of The Dylan. The Agency joined Essex in welcoming guests to West Hollywood’s most in-demand luxury apartment community, The Dylan, which is located at the corner of Santa Monica and La Brea.
While guests mixed and mingled, every amenity and social space throughout The Dylan was engaged with elements of West Hollywood flair.
As the sun set over the Hollywood Hills, DJ beeFOWL set the tone at The Dylan Pool as a mermaid gracefully swam through water. Cocktails with specialty-paired appetizers were passed while guests admired the live artist that completed a custom painting for The Dylan.
Next door at The Dylan Clubhouse, Patina’s Executive Chef whipped up gourmet chicken n’ waffles with an accompanying drink that entertained guests as they looked out at the pool.
The Dylan hosted VIP Champagne Tours throughout the night, allowing guests to get an exclusive look at two model apartments as well as The Dylan Candy Bar in the building’s plush cinema room.
On the rooftop, The Dylan donut wall stole the show and highlighted the expansive outdoor living space that is available to residents. Kevin Newman of Newman Garrison + Partners designed The Dylan, noting that the building’s layout specifically caters to West Hollywood’s “socially conscious, engaging, active lifestyle.”
