Billy Rose, President and Co-Founder of The Agency, and top-performing agent Cindy Ambuehl spoke as industry experts at Haute Residence’s third annual L.A. Luxury Real Estate Summit, discussing the future of California’s real estate market. 
On the SoCal Power Brokers panel, Billy discussed the latest industry trends, including the marketing “arms race,” international demand, and vertical housing. Technology is transforming the service industries and all panelists agreed that, in order to stay relevant, being a trusted advisor and resource for clients is the most important factor. Right at the convergence of Hollywood, law, and real estate, Billy spoke as the authority on strategies for ensuring privacy for high-net-worth and high profile clients. Yet, even while discussing the serious issues impacting agents and brokerages today, the panelists’ repartee drew plenty of laughs throughout the session. 
Cindy Ambuehl, recognized as one of the top agents nationwide, represented The Agency on the Power Women panel, sharing her insights as an actress, agent and a mother of seven. As a woman in a field once dominated by men, she understands the battle to be heard and respected, but noted that the multi-tasking and nurturing qualities she learned as a mother complement her business skills. Sharing industry knowledge, such as how she uses social media to propel her business to the next level, Cindy shows that women truly can do it all. Held at The London West Hollywood on March 16, the summit was an opportunity to learn from and network with Southern California’s luxury real estate elite.
