Steamy Advertising For The Agency’s 1709 Rising Glen Listing Is Going Viral

by | May 13, 2016

In less than two weeks since debuting to the public, the tantalizing short film showcasing The Agency’s 1709 Rising Glen Road listing is anticipating to exceed over 100,000 views in the next few days alone. The head-turner was conceptualized by Billy Rose and The Agency Creative team to break away from the traditional marketing methods of real estate.

“It’s a little bit ingenious,” ESPN mentioned about how The Agency was able to tailor the short to its ideal client. “That is the buyer for a house just off the Sunset Strip.”

The short has proven to be a smart, seductive move that’s garnered attention from people who are both intrigued by the details and captivated by the contemporary property. Realtor.com, AskMen, Realtor Magazine and At Home in Hollywood, among others, have already featured the enticing short film on their own sites.

“I’ve had this whole idea of following a sexy woman walking around a house in my mind for years,” Billy explained to Forbes about the idea of the “Happy Anniversary From 1709 Rising Glen” short. And the address was the perfect location: the 6,051-square-foot home, complete with an infinity pool, 10-car motorcart and a jawdropping, 2,000-square-foot master suite that commands the entire second floor, is sexy in its own right.

“She takes a dip in the infinity pool, gets herself all dressed up… then the supercar pulls up. My dream was to always have it be a Lamborghini – and then there’s the reveal of it being another woman.” Sexy, indeed. While some may say it’s controversial to feature a bare-butt model hopping into the shower and a racy kiss at the end of the short film, most are admiring the clever and standout style that seamlessly intertwines with the upscale and uniqueness that L.A.’s atmosphere provides.

“We live in Hollywood,” states Billy. “We sell the Hollywood lifestyle. And there’s nothing risqué about a real estate [film like this] in L.A.”
