Beverly Hills was the place to be on Saturday, April 8, as The Agency hosted an extravagant affair to unveil the new luxury listing, 1317 Delresto Drive, represented by Santiago Arana and Billy Rose. Guests were welcomed to tour the newly designed, contemporary estate, which boasts grand-scale details including an elegant, sun-filled great room with sliding pocket doors that open to a remarkable outdoor living area and an awe-inspiring luxury master suite equipped with lavishly detailed dual spas, a private office and a cushy sitting room with wet bar.
Guests mingled within the estate while enjoying flavorful morsels by Pitchoun and music by DJ Tony Martinez. Choux Choux served the bar along with their signature drink, “The Delresto,” and guests were also invited to sip on finely crafted tequila from Casa Dragones. Floral arrangements adorned by Grand Eclair presented a polished touch to the home’s elegant decor.
As the evening progressed, many guests planted themselves in the master suite—which overlooks the gorgeous pool and city below—to get a glimpse of the colorful sunset settling in.
