On the heels of its official grand opening, only 11 homes remain available at AIRE Santa Monica, a new residential offering envisioned to capture the casual, outdoor lifestyle of the beachside city. The boutique collection of 19 townhomes and garden flats was unveiled, showcasing thoughtful, two- and three-bedroom floor plans centrally located within walking and biking distance from Santa Monica and the Westside’s best shopping, dining, beaches, schools, and fitness offerings.
One of Santa Monica’s most anticipated new projects, AIRE has already won accolades for its sustainable design and innovative architecture in The Sunday Times, Los Angeles Times, Ocean Home Magazine, and more. AIRE showcases contemporary architecture by the award-winning team at John Friedman Alice Kimm Architects (JFAK), comprised of three residential buildings situated around a central, open-air courtyard.
A gated entry with a living, green wall leads to the courtyard, a vibrant outdoor space that inspires engagement with casual seating areas, garden, and water features. Residences offer airy, open-concept design, bathed in natural light and transitioning seamlessly to private outdoor living spaces.
Multi-story townhomes feature three bedrooms, three- and four-bath options, double-height ceilings, and two-level rooftop decks with views of the Pacific Ocean, Century City, and Hollywood Hills. Single-story garden flats feature two bedrooms, two baths, and expanded outdoor living areas that border the central courtyard.
Among the design features and amenities are German-made Leicht cabinetry, Caesarstone countertops, wide-plank French, white oak flooring, Viking Professional and LG Smart Technology appliances. To promote car-less travel for residents of AIRE, two bikes are provided for each residence, with a bike room for tune-ups and storage located in the subterranean parking garage.
The Agency co-hosted last week’s unveiling event where guests were treated to a first glimpse inside the gates of AIRE. Delicious hors d’oeuvres and signature cocktails were served by Choux Choux in the central courtyard, and detailed tours of the furnished model homes were provided.
