The Agency recently celebrated the launch of our Palm Springs office with a lively opening party at the new desert outpost. Located at 830 N. Palm Canyon Dr. Suite 2, the office enjoys a prime location in Palm Springs’ vibrant cultural center, nestled amongst the esteemed restaurants, galleries and boutiques of Palm Canyon Drive.
The new office is led by Sales Manager Michael Bouchard, a former top-producing agent with more than a decade of local and international real estate experience in business development, project management, strategic research and analysis.
Attendees enjoyed cocktails and savory bites by neighborhood hotspot Eight4Nine restaurant and lounge as they explored the sleek new space, which features a collaborative, loft-like layout with soaring ceilings and expansive walls of glass. Agent and founding partner Paul Lester spoke to the crowd about the tenets of collaboration, empowerment and The Agency’s infamous “no assholes” policy—the slogan emblazoned on his t-shirt. He then turned the spotlight over to Founder and CEO, Mauricio Umansky who together with the Palm Springs Chamber of Commerce, did the honors of the traditional ribbon cutting ceremony, which served as a fitting prelude to another exciting new chapter for The Agency.
“Palm Springs continues to be a very desirable market for luxury homebuyers across the globe and has seen a number of record-breaking sales this year alone,” says Billy Rose, President and Co-Founder of The Agency. “Buyers recognize and covet the high-end architecture, dramatic setting and lifestyle the region affords, as well as the ease of access to Los Angeles. It was only a matter of time before The Agency made its mark on Palm Springs.”
