The numbers are in for the 3rd Quarter and things are looking up. The market for both upscale, single-family homes and condominiums in L.A.’s top neighborhoods strengthened over the last quarter. With inventory remaining scarce, prices and sales increased, homes spent less time on the market, and properties fetched record-breaking prices.

As the market continued its upward trend, we were busy making moves of our own. From opening two new offices to celebrating our six-year anniversary—not to mention ranking on Inc. 5000’s list of the fastest-growing private companies in the U.S. for the second year in a row—Q3 was one for the books.
