Ahead of the highly anticipated debut of Echo & Rig on the Sacramento culinary scene, homeowners at The Residences at The Sawyer were given their own exclusive sneak peek… or sneak taste, we should say. Echo & Rig Butcher and Steakhouse is one of the most exciting restaurants to arrive at the city’s entirely reimagined urban center, Downtown Commons, neighboring Golden 1 Center and the new Sawyer Kimpton Hotel. For residents set to move in above it all, Echo & Rig offers more than another nearby dining option; it offers a personalized experience within moments from home.
The Sacramento location is the latest from renowned chef Sam Marvin, whose Bottega Louie in Downtown Los Angeles and Echo & Rig in Las Vegas have earned global acclaim and numerous awards. Before the doors to his new Sacramento restaurant opened to the public on April 2nd, Sam and his culinary team welcomed homeowners from The Residences at The Sawyer, who were treated to signature hors d’oeuvres and specialty cocktails.
“It was our pleasure to welcome residents ahead of our public launch and share a taste of what Echo & Rig will offer,” explains Sam. “We want homeowners to think of the restaurant as an extension of their own home, kitchen and dining room.”
Residents won’t just enjoy the exceptional dining experience; they’ll be able to treat the restaurant as their own personal butcher shop. They can place orders for top-tier meats, fresh eggs and other specialty items to be included when the chef places his orders with farmers for the week. Additionally, Echo & Rig offers curated catering options for residents and can be reserved for private parties and events.
VIP previews and specialty services at nearby restaurants and hotspots are among just some of the perks that come with ownership at The Residences at The Sawyer, which offers an exceptional living experience unlike anything the city has seen before. Homeowners enjoy private residential amenities, the exclusive amenities and services of the hotel, and VIP access, preferred rates and priority ticket options at Golden 1 Center.
“Exclusive residential and hotel amenities paired with perks at nearby hotspots, such as Echo & Rig, continue to add value to homeownership at The Residences at The Sawyer,” says Christopher Miller, who leads sales efforts with The Agency Development Group. “This unique, amenity-rich style of living has proven extremely popular in Downtown Sacramento, with only ten homes in the collection remaining as the residences near completion.”
With all penthouse and one-bedroom residences now sold, a limited collection of two-bedroom homes remains. Each features 1,368 to 2,069 square feet of living space, including open, airy great rooms, private master suites, expansive windows and curated finishes. Among those available is one end view residence, which encompasses the entire width of its floor and captures sweeping, 270° views of Downtown Commons, Golden 1 Center, California State Capitol, Sacramento River, and Tower Bridge.
